Barrier Dunes

Barrier Dunes is a gated, gulf front community located just outside the gates to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.  It is a community of townhomes that boasts of 2 pools, 1 of which is in the dunes overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches, lighted tennis courts, a beautiful clubhouse, 3 fresh water ponds, boat washing area, pet stations and boardwalks leading to all the great amenities!

Barrier Dunes has palm trees, sand dunes, sea oats and a family friendly enviornment to relax and enjoy!  All that and it's located on the beach that was ranked the #1 beach in the USA by Dr. Stephen Leatherman in 2002 and the #1 Dog Friendly Beach in America in 2006.
