C-30C-30A is rpad tjat connects Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe & Indian Pass to Hwy 98 Port St. Joe to Cape San Blas. The road gently curves around St. Joe Bay and is know as “scenic route C-30” for good reason! Single family homes line the bay and offer unmatched views of the bay. Enjoy fabulous views of the salt marshes, beautiful sunsets and great scallop holes along your journey! You will find a beachfront section, a relatively undeveloped areas around the logoon and Bay Front sections. There is some commercial presence and you will find access to the airport, St. Joe Bay Country Club and the Port St. Joe Marina. Along C30A you can expect to find a variety of waterfront neighborhoods, single family homes, townhouses and some small subdivisions with lots and some with amenities. |
