Windmark Beach

WindMark Beach is an Arvida waterfront community.  Arvida is the community development arm of the St. Joe Company.  WindMark is located just off of U.S. 98.  In fact, it was much closer to U.S. 98 just a few months ago, but the road way has now been rerouted to provide this incredible community just a bit more seclusion.  WIndMark Beach is located approximately 30 miles East of Panama City Beach and 25 miles West of Apalachicola.  The 1st lots in this this master-planned community were available in 2001 and demand has been strong!

WindMark is located just west of Port St. Joe – nestled between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach on the pristine St. Joe Bay.  Winmark Beach as a 30 acre Preserve, Stillwater Nature Preserve whicy has boardwals and is a bird lover's paradise.  There are convenient boardwaks to the beach throughout WindMark and the pristine, unspoiled beach is only steps away from any of the 110 lots in the community.

Phase II of WIndMark Beach is planned to include Village Center with shops with a courtyard and a small market, a spa and figness center and ices cream and coffee shop.  It will also hae a small boutique inn and The School of Fish Restaruant.

Like its sister communities, Water Color and Rosemary Beach, it offers single family homes in the traditional “old Florida” cottage style with tin roofs and porches.  This community is beginning to take shape with big plans for the future!
